Here’s an important tip. Take very few notes about what the speakers say. Instead, focus on writing down the ideas and action items that come to you as you listen to what they say. The key is what you plan to do differently as a result of what you learn. The gold is not in their words alone. Most of it is in your own head. They’ll just help you find it.
