OK, you've already got the title of manager, supervisor or grand pubah or you've got your eye on the next leadership position that comes open. The question is, how do you perform well in the leadership role that you already have or how do you prepare yourself for the one you want? With the current economic challenges you face today, it's not only a good idea to develop your own abilities, it's necessary. Your success as a leader has a direct impact on the success of your organization and directly impacts each stakeholder in your business. Each stakeholder group, customers, employees, the community, shareholders, suppliers and in the case of non-profit organizations, those you serve, has a strong interest in seeing you and your organization succeed.

Developing the traits, qualities and skills that lead to success in a leadership role isn't the easiest of tasks, but it's doable. Most of us are not born with the ALL the necessary requisites to be a successful leader. Therefore, we need to leverage our strengths and also develop those areas that need improvement.

In this session, Dan will uncover some the basic leader dimensions that lead to success, define behaviors that underlie those dimensions and then walk the participants through each step of the development process.
